This is a bundle of our 7.3L Powerstoke Engine Stand Adapter and 7.3L Powerstroke lifting bracket.
The engine stand adapter is for attaching a 7.3L Powerstroke engine to an engine stand using the driver or passenger side engine mounting holes. The engine side adaptor plate has 2 sets of mounting holes to allow the engine to sit centered on your engine stand, whether you’re using the driver or passenger side mounting holes
Designed to bolt directly to Harbor Freight Daytona 1500lb Gear Driven Engine Stand #57745 and Harbor Freight Pittsburg 2000lb Engine Stand #59200
May fit other stands as well. We only recommend using an engine stand with a capacity of over 1500lbs, as the dressed weight of a 7.3L is just over 1000lbs
CNC Plasma cut from 3/8" steel plate.
The lifting brackets fit either a 7.3L Powerstroke, based on your selection, from the turbo pedestal mounting bolts. CNC Plasma cut from 1/2" steel plate.
Includes 2x M8 and M10 grade 10.9 bolts with washers to attach to fuel bowl mounting holes and a 4000lb shackle for attaching your overhead/engine hoist.
Both items are painted gloss black. Manufactured in the US with US sourced steel.

The reason for using this adaptor over the traditional way of attaching the engine stand to the transmission adaptor plate bolt holes at the rear of the engine is for ease of assembly of the 6.0 Powerstoke, due to the fact that the cam shaft is inserted from the rear of the engine, while the front cover has all of the accessory components attached to it as well as the low pressure oil pump behind it. If you were to hang the engine on a stand the conventional way, you would have to remove it and turn it around in order to work on the components being blocked by the stand. This bracket solves that problem, while also allowing you to flip the engine over to install the bottom end components with ease
