How do I apply my decal?
For all small decals, install is usually straight forward. Simply remove the decal from the paper backing and apply it to a clean surface and apply pressure to adhere it properly.
For our larger decals, we highly recommend taking them to a professional installer. If you do decide to install the decal yourself we recommend watching large decal installation tutorials before attempting to do so.
Wheres's my order?
All of our products are made to order unless otherwise specified in the description of that product. Our normal turn around time on a purchase is 5-7 business days, but may be longer depending on the complexity of the product and how busy we are. Please see specific item description for an accurate fulfilment time.
- Paid Shipping - Any order placed with an express shipping option will still take approximately 5-7 business days to ship, but will get to you faster after it is shipped, as it will be shipped with the shipping option you pay for instead of with USPS First Class Mail.
Why is my order taking so long to arrive?
Orders are filled within 7-10 business days, but that is only an estimate and may take longer depending on our current sales. Once you receive an "Order Fulfilled" email, you can track the progress of your shipment. All shipping times are only estimates provided by the respective carrier and are not guaranteed.
Some packages may arrive sooner than the estimated date, but some may take longer. For more information, see the provided tracking info or contact the carrier.
-Side note- USPS has a tendency to delay First Class Packages, which is the method we use for our free shipping option. We have no control over the delivery times.
Why haven't I received a reply to my message?
We are a small business and can't check our various methods of contact constantly through out the day. We do our best to reply to all methods of contact at the end of each business day that we are open. We will reply within 3 business days of contact.
If you contact us on the weekend, we won't reply until Monday at the earliest. We ask that you wait at least 3 business days before contacting us again. Multiple messages will not quicken our response, as our system lists messages from oldest to newest, and a new message will push you to the bottom of the list for reply.
For example, if you contact us on Monday at 5:30pm EST, you will receive a reply before Thursday at 5pm EST.
We are closed for for the weekends and will not reply to messages sent during the weekend.
