SHIPPING

Orders are normally filled within 5 business days, but that is only an estimate and may take longer depending on our current order volume. Once you receive an "Order Fulfilled" email, you can track the progress of your shipment. All shipping times are only estimates provided by the respective carrier and are not guaranteed.

 

Some packages may arrive sooner than the estimated date, but some may take longer. For more information, see the provided tracking info or contact the carrier.

RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

All purchases are eligible for full refund/cancellation until the order is shipped. Please contact us promptly to ensure that a cancellation can be processed before shipment. 
 
For vinyl decals, the buyer is responsible for application of the decal. If the buyer ruins a decal during application they are not eligible for refund, exchange or replacement. We have no control over your application technique, and it is easy to mess up if you aren't careful. If you received the wrong item we can replace it with the correct one or issue a refund.

For all other parts and components, please reach out to us to get a return authorization, within 10 days of delivery. Please note that the buyer is responsible for return shipping, we charge a 20% restocking fee and do not refund any paid expedited shipping charges.
