SHIPPING POLICY
Orders are filled in the order in which we receive them. Normally we ship within 5 business days but sometimes may take longer depending on our current order volume. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact us at shivelymachineworks@gmail.com
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
All purchases are eligible for refund/cancellation until the order is shipped. Vinyl decals are made to order, and are no longer usable once you apply them to your vehicle, and due to that we do not accept returns or issue refunds on decals unless we send you the wrong item.
The buyer is responsible for application of the decal. If the buyer ruins a decal during application they are not eligible for refund, exchange or replacement. In other words, if you want another one, you have to buy it.
We have no control over your application technique, and it is easy to mess up if you aren't careful.
For all other parts and components, please reach out to us to get a return authorization, within 10 days of delivery. Please note that the buyer is responsible for return shipping, we charge a 20% restocking fee and do not refund any paid shipping charges.
